When making a pdf I choose "printer" and a CMYK color profile. Still my  
printer says that the file is in RGB. I have tried almost everything now!  
Strangely enough it has worked fine with a couple of previous files, but not  
with others. Seems to be some images only that are RGB, but shouldn't  
everything convert to CMYK when I choose "printer"?
