[scribus] Freeing up frames on 1.5.0

I am returning to an sla file created on 5/4/2010 using a then 
current version of 1.5.0. I am now using my overnight 
update of version 1.5.0 which was compiled today and gives 
me a date of 6/8/2010. 

I can see a thin black outline of a particular text frame. I can 
see the layer tag. But I can't right click on the frame to get 
to its properties. The same is true of all text frames. I have 
the correct layer highlighted in the layers dialog. 

Is there a way I can unlock this frame? All I want to do is 
delete it.
