Hi,
   we are using Windows XP, Vista and 7.  I have created a working msi package  
for scribus 1.3.3.12.  I created another working msi package for Ghostscript  
8.71.  I'm trying to create a package for scribus 1.3.7, but it doesn't work.

   I've deployed my GhostScript 8.71 msi and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005  
Redistributable.  My Scribus 1.3.7 msi contains the following files :

Everything in the C:\Program Files\Scribus 1.3.7 folder.
I took the Scribus folder in the User's application data folder and put it in  
the default user (we use delprof, so users will have this folder)
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\charpalette.ucp
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\checkfonts.xml
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\prefs135.xml
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\scribus135.rc

The following folder are created, but are empty :

C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\scrapbook
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\scrapbook\main
C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\Scribus\scrapbook\tmp

I get an error saying the application couldn't start because of the  
configuration and that reinstalling might solve the problem.  Can someone  
tell me what I'm missing in my msi package ?
