[scribus] Earliest version with tiff export.

I use 1.3.7 and have tiff export function (rgb only)

OK, more specific. Does 1.3.8 have the tiff export function? I would prefer 
not to download each version in turn searching for the beginning point but 
just the above info would help mightily.
