Is this a bug?  When "Snap to Grid" is enabled under the Page menu,  
grid-snapping works fine, UNLESS "Snap to Guides" is also enabled.  If both  
snapping features are enabled, grid-snapping doesn't work.  Evidently, a  
designer cannot snap to the page grid AND snap to guides at the same time,  
despite the menu options suggesting so.
