[scribus] image and text move together

Thanks for help, Owen, but it is not possible to make GROUP aktiv. I  
tried layers too.
So first I choose the pointer (the arrow symbol?). But than I can  
aktive the frame with the text OR the image (it is the whole page). I  
tried to select them with pointing by apple-cross and I tried to make  
an bigger frame round about the image...

Where is my mistake?
