[scribus] Can't show list of styles in Properties

Scribus ships with just one paragraph style. Beyod that you have to roll 
your own. In the text input routine (sometimes called the story editor) 
click on the phrase that says (no style) and you get a dropdown. Choose 
edit styles. Then name and build a style or styles.

As Scribus advances direct editing of the text becomes less and less 
practical.
