[scribus] Date Format on bugs.scribus.net

Please clarify release date formats on bugs.scribus.net.
http://bugs.scribus.net/roadmap_page.php
Is it mm-dd-yy or yy-mm-dd or other? None of these makes sense.

In America 07-12-30 means July 30th 2030. I hope we could expect
something sooner for version 1.5.0.
Perhaps this is a format for other countries. Other options would be
July 30th, 2012 or December 7th 2030, or July 30th 2012.
