If you select a tool, e.g. to create a text frame, Scribus switches back to 
the selection mode (indicated by the arrow cursor). This can be tedious if 
you want to draw a number of text frames in a row. You can activate 
the "sticky" mode to prevent Scribus from switching back to "selection."
