hi, that file has been created with scribus 1.3.5.1 and *CAN'T* be
opened with scribus 1.3.3.13 (or scribus 1.3.3.14)


scribus 1.3.5.1 is not a stable version.

1.3.3.14 will (probably) remain the official stable version for the rest
of the year 2010.


for those who are still wondering: 1.3.5.1 or 1.3.6 or 1.3.7 will never
be a stable version!


the next stable version will be 1.4.
it will be released when it's ready.
