I don't know that there is a guarantee that any settings you can make 
with glyph extensions and word tracking are going to work as you might 
like, so as I said in my followup, you may have to do without those 
features. There may be other settings which do not show this problem, 
yet you wouldn't use because the results are ugly in some other way.

Is there a problem not using the advanced settings?
