[scribus] LittleCMS

I just did a clean install of Ubuntu 10.04 and then tried to build
Scribus 1.3.7 svn, which I had no trouble doing under Ubuntu 9.10, but
now I get the error:

CMake Error at cmake/modules/FindLCMS.cmake:59 (MESSAGE):
  Could not find LittleCMS

I tried installing the latest version of LittleCMS from littlecms.com,
but that doesn't solve the problem. Is there a remedy?
