[scribus] A3 PDF output of Latex in the SVN version not rendering

Dear All,

I'm writing a maths course. It's great fun. The combo of Scribus and Latex is  
awesome.

But when I try to render an A3 in landscape orientation the output only  
contains the graphics and not the Latex. I've checked the headers, used  
simple sample texts, etc.

I know it's the SVN version, but wonder if anyone has had similar problems or  
just good advice.
