[scribus] recurring problem with 1.5.0

I update 1.5.0 nightly. The latest download/compile yields:
Scribus Version 1.5.0.svn
31 May 2010
Build ID: C-C-T-F-C1.8.6
Using Ghostscript version 8.70 

One problem persists. When I load a file it is partially off the 
screen to the left. only about a quarter of the image width is 
visible. If I go to page->page preferences  and select OK then 
everything straightens out. So I am operational. But the error is 
annoying.

Do I need to file a bug report on this?
