[scribus] Saving bitmap files.

I note that when saving bitmap files Scribus still doesn't let you 
change the file name of the export. This is unhandy when saving both a 
thumbnail and a larger version for a website. I may want the same 
cover in three different forms, pdf for printing, a much smaller png 
for a web page thumbnail, and an intermediate size png that pops up 
when the person mouses over the thumbnail.  I use Scribus 1.5.0 of 
November 4th.
