[scribus] Imposition

I Have been using Scribus for some time and I have never felt the need 
for imposition.

All print shops I am aware of do the imposition for you. And these days 
even a half decent laser printer has the ability to do imposition built in.

IMHO it seems to be a function required only by an amateur when she/he 
prints a booklet on their personal inkjet printer. This can be better 
served by external programs like pdfsam, multivalent, Adobe Reader etc.

For me Scribus has aspirations to be a fine professional DTP layout 
application and therefore I can think of far more important functions 
Scribus needs than imposition.

So no I'm against the addition of an imposition function, at least for 
the near future.
