[scribus] Text on curved path?

I'm going to need text on a curved path in my Scribus project.

I guess I'll have to use 'Inkscape' to do this and import the output
into Scribus. Can I do this all in vector graphics, or do I have to
convert to a bitmap image to use it in Scribus?
