[scribus] Troubles importing images into 1.5.0.

You didn't say you tried importing the PS file into Scribus. Also, if
you can open the original cover in an older version of Scribus or
Adobe Reader (or any other PDF reader), use CUPS-PDF to print to PDF,
then see if that can be placed into Scribus 1.5. In my experience
CUPS-PDF converts everything to outlines.

That's all I can think of that you haven't already tried.
