[scribus] PDF import

What is the procedure for importing PDF files. My thought is to create a
newsletter of several pages. I would need to edit the first page or two,
creating them in Scribus, then append a long (several pages) PDF file at the
end. The entire length would be around 7-8 pages. I would export that as PDF
for emailing to users.

We have been using MS Publisher and NitroPDF to create this, but would
prefer an open source solution.
