[scribus] Naming scrapbook directory.

I think there are twi things you need to understand:

1. A scrapbook is a directory (containing scrapbook items)
2. You can have several scrapbooks open at the same time

So, when creating a new scrapbook you essentially create a new
directory. When opening a scrapbook you open a directory.
