[scribus] Sankey diagrams in Scribus 1.3.8

Being an illustration/drawing app, Inkscape can save your 
vectors as .ps, .eps, .ai, .dxf and many other formats, 
along with some .svg formats.

Gradients and transparencies may or may not be passed along. 
Trial and error as usual...
