Are you aware of nightly trunk builds set up on Ubuntu PPA infrastructure?
None other than Mr. Shuttleworth initiated a collaboration between the
Scribus team and Ubuntu to set the builds up. See
https://launchpad.net/~scribus/+archive/ppa for more details. You should
probably use those unless your goal is to compile Scribus instead of using it.
