[scribus] Release date again for 1.4.0

The download page still lists 1.4.0 RC2. Currently I am using a 
nightly download which calls itself 1.4.0 RC3 dated March 27.  I am 
writing a book (may be finished in three weeks) that refers to 1.4.0 
as an officially "stable" release. Is that likely to be true in three 
weeks? Or are more release candidates expected before final release of 
1.4.0? Not looking for a promise, just an estimate.
