[scribus] Preferred place for ICC (icm) profiles.

What is the preferred location for additional ICC profiles for:
a: Windows (e.g., XP)
b: Linux (e.g. Slackware or Debian).

On my Slackware 13.0 system Scribus 1.4.0 seems to find the profiles in 
/usr/share/colors/icc/pigments 
but I don't know if this is the correct spot to add them.
 On Win XP it seems to find them in a couple of places
