[scribus] Release date again for 1.4.0

Thank you Cezary, but I don't now how to get svn, on MacPPC G4 machine. Anyway isn't hurry think for me - now I replace the DropCaps caracters with image (a lot of plus work for it), I just ask if will be put back the 'add/edit style' feature in 1.4.0 stable final release.
I check on ubuntu machine, SVN 1.4.0. 02 january 2011 (I think is very outdated) - the 'edit/add style' is missing to - not my usual machine.

I have and use DropCaps all the time and have last svn 1.4.0 - it never was 
missing.
