[scribus] How to show all colours in Scribus?

Hi all

I've been using Scribus very successfully for the past couple of years 
to produce my Monthly Newsletter.

Yesterday I started to layout a new form I needed for my Members in 
OpenOffice and soon found I missed the capabilities I'm now used to in 
Scribus so changed to that. Everything worked out fine except for my 
Colour Selection.

For some reason I only have about 12 colours showing in the selection 
box whereas with my Newsletter I have very many more!

How do I get the full colour range available to me in my new form??

I'm using Scribus 1.4.0svn dated 02 Jan 2011.
