there is no such thing as "insert image".

"get image" does what everybody is used to: link the image from the .sla.

in this case moving the .sla and/or the images (after they're being linked) will cause scribus to lose them.


despite this problem, the preferred way to add images to a scribus document is to link them (and up to 1.4 the only way to add images into scribus).
