[scribus] Saving Master Pages?

w/1.39, Windows 2000

After creating a master page and then closing Scribus, when I reopen 
Scribus my new Master Page is not listed.

So even though my new Master Page intially appears in the Edit Master 
Pages dialog, without an apparent means to make sure that it is 
saved, I am apparently not saving the new Master Page.

When I try to use 'Save' to save a Master Page, the dialog for saving 
a .sla document appears.

I've every thing I could find in the Official Manual, but there's no 
mention of saving a master page that I could find.
