[scribus] ICC profiles for CMYK printing.

I have the usual array of ICC profiles plus one special profile I
use for the digital printer LSI, SWOPCoated5_240.icc.

When I go to 
File->Preferences->Color management
I can select any of these profiles for printing.

When I export to pdf there is a color tab but this seems limited 
to RGB Profiles. Since I am printing to CMYK this seems odd. 
What purpose does this tab have in the usual CMYK workflow? Is it
only useful in web workflows?
