[scribus] RGB to CMYK not using ICC profile for R=G=B colors

LittleCMS is used for the color transforms, but not for writing the PDFs.
 Plus, I found and changed the code that checks if R=G=B, and for spot
colors, anyway, it did what I expect after my changes.  I am still trying
to understand what Scribus is doing with the RGB images when writing
PDF/X-3 files.
