[scribus] Color palette for 1.5.0

My guess is that they are not loaded by design.

They are all there in lib/scribus/swatches/

With no document open, go to

Edit->Colors
Select "Scribus Basic" - the import button should be active now
Navigate to lib/scribus/swatches/ and select Libre Office
Save as whatever
