[scribus] Text frame on master page with text entered on actual pages?

I did as you suggested. I created a text box and saved it using the right click and Send to Scrapbook. Then I go to the next page, which is blank, and go Windows-Scrapbook and I can see the textbox I saved. However, when I right click on this item I get only to options in the pop up box....delete and rename. How do I get to the Paste to Page option?
thanks

This is not the way that master pages are meant to be used.
What you may want to do is to make a text frame on a regular page, then put it in the Scrapbook (right-click on the frame to see the option).
Then when you bring up the Scrapbook dialog (Windows > Scrapbook), right-click on the item in the Scrapbook, select Paste to Page, and it will be pasted onto the current page at the coordinates of the original. Then do your editing.
Also note that if you simply Copy or Cut an item on one page, then go to another and Paste, it will be placed with the same coordinates the original had. So in theory, you could copy something from a master page, go back to regular editing mode and paste. I think the scrapbook makes more sense for your needs.
