[scribus] Scribus download problem

scribus does not have a language... it will just choose your OS language 
as its default... as long as you don't choose anything else.

open the scribus preferences and you will be able to set any language 
you want... the language will be aplied when you close the dialog: you 
don't even need to restart scribus!
