[scribus] V 1.4.0.rc1

I just installed Scribus 1.4.0.rc1 and opened a 1.3.9 document. Worked fine. Then I 
saved it and tried to open the saved 1.4.0 document in 1.3.9. It wouldn't open. I sort 
of expected that and I was only running a test so no problem.

Windows 7 x64.

The message is be aware that 1.4.0.rc1 saves documents in a different format than 
1.3.9. Maybe its only a simple change???
