[scribus] Scribus 1.4.0rc1 Date

If you use Scribus 1.4.0rc1 please do me a favor. Under Help if you 
select "About Scribus" you will get a splash screen with a date on it. 
What is that date?

I use the svn version of 1.4.0  but I don't know if it is earlier or 
later than rc1.
