This should be:

svn co svn://scribus.net/branches/Version135/Scribus

and for 1.5.0:

svn co svn://scribus.net/trunk/Scribus

Once you have this downloaded, then the easiest thing is to go into each 
directory and just run:

svn up

to update each respectively.
