[scribus] Using Scribus for novels and short stories

Apparently, MS Office 2010 can output to .ODF format, which OpenOffice
Writer can read.
OpenOffice Writer can then output Latex (which can then be read by Lyx,
if one wants to be totally Baroque about it).
