Thunderbird does. Right-click (or Ctrl-click on the Mac) gives you a 
menu with

Open Link in Browser
Select All
Copy Link Location
Save Link As...
Report Email Scam

And "Open Link in Browser" does display the pdf (in Safari on the Mac), 
but so does simply clicking the link.
