[scribus] Text missing from template.

I created a file for a #10 envelope, created two text frames, filled in 
my return, filled in the  recipient address and saved it as template. 
Now when I use "New from Template" the thumbnail shows both addresses 
but when I select the template the shape is there but no text and no 
text frames. When I select other templates the text does show. What 
step do I need to take to preserve the addresses (and of course the 
text frames that hold them).
