[scribus] Page breaks

Solution for that case (and not only) can be also feature of Ventura Publisher 
(I dont know Quark or Indesing - maybe they have it too) when it is 
possibility to set in paragraph style automatic breaks and joins like "break 
frame/column before/after paragraph", "keep with next paragraph" or "disallow 
breaks in paragraph" (which makes paragraph unbreakable by column or frame 
end). Very usefull working with long text with subtitles.
