[scribus] Importing text.

Tried importing a long piece of plain text into pages with linked 
frames. Two problems:
1. Text comes in with no style. I want it to import to a default 
style.

2. Each line becomes a paragraph. I want lines to merge into one 
paragraph, except for blank lines.  I can accept one huge paragraph 
and insert paragraph breaks manually if necessary.
