Not really in this case. We have 2 remaining blockers, which are
complex to fix and cause grave problems on OSX. It was because we have
created several release candidates, that some of these issues surfaced.
No we are not aiming for perfect, but really its not good enough to call
it a stable release. We know the defects are severe enough to warrant
blocking the release.
Look at the flip side, you can be pleased that we are conservative
enough to really want a solid final release .:)
