I have to say, I was trying to decide whether she was talking about text 
in separate frames or blocks of text within a single frame. Personally I 
would generally try to keep everything in one frame then change styles 
rather than superimposing text frames on text frames.
That having been said, there is of course the Infobox.py script for 
inserting frames into text in columns.
