for, now you'd better to do the toc manually.

there are some ideas how to create it with external tools (useful if 
your toc gets really complicated and you wish to automatically update it).
i can give more information if you want to got that way...

"real" TOCs will be implemented before the end of fall in 1.5.x svn.
