[scribus] Scribus not printing??

hi

some people can print, some can't...

i think that in the current state we should remove the "file > print" 
menu entry and give an option in the preferences to show it again...

it would be even be better to replace the print dialog through a message 
which tells the user to use the pdf export or enable the printing in the 
preferences...
