If you do a search, there are some sites that let you upload a .pub and
will email you a PDF for free. This is one service I've used before and
it worked okay:

Besides that I guess you could try to find someone who has a copy of
Publisher to do that for you (sorry I don't, otherwise I would be happy
to help. :( )
