[scribus] Recipient addresses in Digest Headers

Since 17:00 (UTC)12 Jan 2011 the Digests have been sent out with
x-sa-exim-rcpt-to
headers that include the recipients e-mail addresses.  

I presume that the digests continue to be sent to a Bcc: list, and that 
someone has not read the Exim Spam Assassin documentation that makes explicit 
mention of this problem and how to avoid it.  Hopefully someone knows who to 
refer this to.
