[scribus] Regarding scribus bug

I'm running Scribus 1.3.9 on ubuntu 10.04. I draw a textbox and put some
text in it after that if i select any tool from the toolbar cursor position
has been lost on that time and  i want to that cursor position should not
move.how to resolve this problam can any one help me.
