[scribus] HTML and Scribus

scribus could easily produce HTML (at least in a controlled environment) but it can't.

imo, there is not much work needed to achieve this goal, at least not for a first step.

does anybody want to work on it?
afaict, it can be mostly done in python with some c++ copy pasting  / tweaking to enhance the scripter...
