Hi,

Tonight we have released Scribus 1.4.0.rc3. It is more stable, faster
and nicer having had lots of TLC applied.

This release candidate is the last one where we will possibly make
string changes, so this is also a call for translators to update their
translations before 1.4.0 final.

This release features:

    Crash bug fixes
    A lot of undo updates (including updates to text undo)
    Usability fixes
    A move to 140 versioned preference files
    A number of older bugs triaged and fixed
